For the IPM post, just like me, here are the qualifications:
· Bachelor's/College Degree in Communications, English, or Political Science and knowledge of international affairs and global development is preferred;
· Strong phone, writing, and interpersonal skills, excellent attention to detail;
· Excellent customer relations and marketing skills, excellent interviewing skills;
· Call center experience is a plus; and
· Excellent written and spoken English. Knowledge of 2nd and 3rd language will be an advantage (e.g. Spanish, French, Portuguese).
